9 Father/Son Picture Books


Last week, I shared a list of Daddy/Daughter picture books in preparation for Father's Day. Here is a companion list, featuring books about fathers and sons.

  1. I love the story of Daddy Makes the Best Spaghetti, but wish its pictures were brighter to use for groups.

    1. Me too. It works nicely with a really small group (I used to read it to kids at nap time when I worked in a nursery school) but not so much for the larger groups. And it's not the kind of story that works well in any other format, either, which is a bummer.
